Job Summary
Production Campus Lead oversees all production and technical operations at the campus, including audio, video, lighting, livestream, and production systems; leads and trains staff and volunteers, maintains equipment, supports services and special events, travels between campuses, and collaborates with campus and central teams to ensure high-quality, consistent Production standards and service excellence across multisite locations.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in live Production systems, including audio, video, lighting, streaming, media, and related infrastructure
- Proficient in the operation and troubleshooting of relevant professional Production equipment and software
- Ability to lead teams and cultivate volunteer culture and operational excellence
- Ability to travel regularly between campuses as needed
- Strong leadership, initiative, and organizational skills
- Ability to train, develop, and support staff and volunteer Production teams
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing, dynamic environment
- Ability to think strategically and execute day-to-day operations
- Experience with multisite Production workflows and campus support systems
- Ability to carry and move Production equipment
- Train and develop Assistant Production staff and volunteer teams
- Visit assigned campuses regularly to maintain Production quality and culture
- Engage as part of a unified team with staff
- Fulfill Production duties across campus locations as needed
- All other duties as assigned
