Job Summary
Evaluate production performance by comparing actual results with targets and analyze manufacturing operations to identify trends and equipment utilization gaps. Collaborate with end users and subject matter experts to gather business requirements, while assisting with contract negotiations and product pricing input in IQMS. Maintain and update Crystal and Tableau reports, manage cycle times for production BOMs, and ensure accurate cost entry in disposition work orders. Provide on-time reporting to executives and field sales, and work with production teams to identify data variances and plan system integrity improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management/Administration
- 2-4 years relevant experience (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM, etc.)
- Capable of correctly analyzing large amounts of data
- Proficient with MS Office suite, including MS Visio
- Analytical problem solving / troubleshooting skills
- Project Management capability
- Must be available for onsite work at LSI Solutions in Victor, NY
- Must work shift hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm
