Job Summary
Prepare ingredients, produce dough, and package gluten-free products while performing line work and factory cleaning. Operate a pallet jack to move product pallets weighing up to 800 pounds and respond quickly to oven alarms by walking across the facility. Lift 50+ pounds from a bending position with strong back and upper body strength, handling meat products including pork. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with temperatures elevated by ovens. Stand and walk for most of the 10-hour shift at our Brattleboro location.

- Must reach repeatedly for objects at shoulder level, or bend and reach for objects below waist level
- Must stand for most of the workday
- Must walk quickly across the facility to respond to oven alarms
- Must pull and/or push pallets of product with weights of up to 800 pounds on a pallet jack
