Job Summary
Production Baker – 2nd Shift: Collaborate with bakery team to meet daily production needs by preparing cookies, muffins, scones, quick breads and other baked products. Entry-level position supporting the Savory and Bakery Departments. Responsibilities include reading and following recipes, portioning batters/dough, hand shaping dough, maintaining food safety procedures, mixing and portioning ingredients, packing products to fulfill customer orders, and performing other duties as assigned. Works in accordance with all federal, state, and local safe production facility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and math skills
- Willing to communicate
- Ability to follow directions
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
