Job Summary
The Auditor (production) is responsible for maintaining a complete audit trail of card materials throughout all stages of production and storage, ensuring traceability, verification, and documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry standards. This is a 1st shift position working Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm in our secure Bolingbrook facility.Responsibilities include maintaining detailed audit records for all card materials, verifying quantities entering/leaving departments, tracking spoiled/rejected/setup materials and their destruction, ensuring inventory accuracy for completed products awaiting shipment, enforcing internal audit procedures and PCI standards where applicable, collaborating with the Supervisor to uphold audit integrity, adhering to safety protocols, upholding product quality standards, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or secure production environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately sequence and verify data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic math proficiency, including decimal calculations
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in proximity to machinery
- Visual acuity correctable to 20/20 and normal color vision
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test, prior to employment
