Job Summary
Production Associate on 12-hour night shifts (6pm-6am) at ZEOCHEM in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include loading raw materials and operating forklifts, assisting with setup, operation, cleaning, and changeovers of production equipment, packaging finished products and transporting to staging/warehouses, performing quality checks, labeling, and maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment, handling chemicals with proper PPE and safety protocols, identifying equipment wear and communicating maintenance needs, participating in cross-training and continuous improvement, and maintaining detailed shift handover records. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to procedures within a chemical manufacturing setting, with competitive hourly pay and a night-shift differential. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior manufacturing/warehouse/chemical environment experience strongly preferred
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime
- Forklift and pallet jack experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable around heat, noise, and chemical exposure
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
