Job Summary
Process donated items into inventory by sorting, inspecting, pricing, and tagging products across categories like books, electronics, and housewares. Hang, size, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor while ensuring areas remain organized, stocked, and clean. Occasionally interact with customers to answer product questions and provide service. Rotate unsold stock to refresh selections and may process E-Commerce items. Work full-time hours from 9AM to 9PM Monday through Saturday, with availability for Sundays, evenings, and holidays. Daily pay is available for eligible full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers
- Must have the ability to use a dolly and pallet jack as required
- Must be able to work a varied schedule which may include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed with occasional overtime
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs & over - OCCASIONALLY
