Job Summary
Operate and maintain equipment following autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on these targets, execute standard work processes, report losses in your area, and contribute to a diverse team in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and flexibility to work Weekday + Weekend shifts with overtime as needed; physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle various manufacturing tasks; experience with operating manufacturing equipment and completing quality and production paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Experience in a high-speed industrial/manufacturing environment is required.
- Must be able to work any shift, and work daily & weekend overtime, if necessary.
- Must be able to bend, carry, reach, climb, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to operate different types of manufacturing equipment (i.e., transports, forklifts, etc.).
- Must be able to perform visual inspection and measuring techniques.
- Ability to complete quality and production required paperwork legibly, accurately, and timely.
