Production Associate / Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Accurately process work orders, perform chemical blending operations, and operate production equipment including drum mixers, ovens, pumps, and pallet scales. Assist with unloading bulk tankers into storage tanks and totes while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment compliant with OSHA standards. Follow all safety, environmental, and quality control procedures to ensure product integrity and workplace safety. This role requires forklift certification or the ability to become certified, experience in chemical manufacturing, and the physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds. The position is based in a warehouse and manufacturing environment where employees are regularly exposed to industrial equipment and varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to safely operate production equipment and material handling equipment
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
- Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing, industrial production, or related environment
- Experience with chemical or pigment blending
- Forklift certification or the ability to become certified
- Experience handling totes, drums, and other bulk materials
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing production priorities
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to complete production documentation legibly
