Job Summary
Conduct a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, and cleaning the work area. Maintain work area cleanliness and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work. Tasks may change daily to support the business, fill in for employee vacations and absences, and require standing, repetitive motions, and lifting for most of a shift. This full-time 1st shift role is part of the Rental Division at Cintas, a Fortune 500 company providing cleaning and safety products to businesses globally.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly
- Requires standing for most of a shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift
- Displays a high level of effort and commitment towards performing work
- Is hard working and dependable
- Prioritizes tasks properly to meet deadlines
