Job Summary
Operate molding press/equipment per company procedures; review work instructions and Quality Alerts before production; ensure product meets established quality criteria with zero non-conformances; accurately record scrap hourly; apply internal/external labels and lot control numbers; review quality alerts daily; notify Supervisor of discrepancies; communicate production and quality issues during team meetings; keep work area clean and organized; participate in team problem solving (8D’s, meetings); follow OSHA/safety procedures and company policies (Quality Manual, Associate Handbook); support continuous improvement and proper labeling/traceability throughout the production process.
