Job Summary
Production Associate responsible for safely handling, inspecting, labeling, and transporting glass materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties include moving glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily; transporting materials between locations; ensuring correct labeling; conducting quality inspections; operating equipment and/or manual handling. Shift is first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 8-10 hours daily with overtime as needed. Weekly pay, benefits starting day one, and bonus opportunities are available. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production environment (glass industry preferred, but not required)
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
- Ability to read and understand basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
- Ability to work in all areas of production
- Ability to lift 75lbs unassisted
- Ability to lift 150lbs in a team two-person lift
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
