Job Summary
Production Associate responsible for safely handling, inspecting, labeling, and transporting glass materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties include moving glass from tables, furnace, racks, trucks, or crates; transporting materials between locations; labeling products correctly; performing quality inspections; operating or maneuvering equipment. Must be able to read and understand paperwork and labels, measure using basic mathematical measurements and a tape measure, lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with a two-person lift, stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment; able to work independently or in a team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
- Read and understand basic mathematical measurements and use a tape measure
- Ability to work in all areas of production
- Ability to lift 75lbs unassisted
- Ability to lift 150lbs in a team two-person lift
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
