Job Summary
Production Associate responsible for safely handling, inspecting, labeling, and transporting glass materials in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting. Requires physical stamina, attention to detail, ability to operate equipment, read paperwork and measurements, and lift up to 150 lbs (in a two-person lift). Eligible for weekly pay, benefits from day one, and bonuses; must work in non-climate-controlled environment in New Berlin, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production environment (glass industry preferred, but not required)
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
- Ability to read and understand basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
- Ability to work in all areas of production
- Ability to lift 75lbs unassisted
- Ability to lift 150lbs in a team two-person lift
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
