Production Associate - Tagless Printing

Job Summary
Operate a pad printing machine using a foot pedal to transfer branded designs onto garments, then remove tags, fold items, and box them for the next production step. Pull orders from inventory teams on an as-needed basis, verify correct garments by weighing and counting, and maintain organized aisles following the 6S safety standards. Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks while standing for 8–10 hours daily. This role supports Lakeshirts | Blue 84, one of the nation's largest privately owned screen-printing manufacturers, producing over 35,000 garments daily for resort, college, and K-12 markets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred, but not required
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Accuracy is required, must be able to print design on appropriate area on garment
- Must understand order form and be able to count
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
- Knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, etc.; must be able to pick up new software skills quickly
- Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hrs/day
