Production Associate - Solder

Job Summary
Assemble and inspect electrical panels, circuit boards, and assemblies per documentation and drawings. Use a soldering iron to build basic electrical assemblies and perform hand soldering, inspection, and touch-up of thru-hole/SMT mixed assemblies and custom parts as per IPC workmanship standards. Trim and form leaded parts, complete component preparation, placement, and installation, and execute mechanical assembly. Perform rework of assemblies and properly fill out production documentation while communicating with Cell Team Leaders on parts shortages and problems. Rotate to different workstations and cells as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand assembly documentation
- Hand dexterity and hand/eye coordination
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of related tools and equipment
- Works well in team environment
- IPC-A-610 certification
- IPC-J-STD-001 Certified in soldering for both Thru-hole and SMT
