Job Summary
Process new and donated items to meet production goals, sorting and categorizing goods while identifying e-Commerce items and safely disposing of hazardous materials. Determine price points, ticket items for visibility, and stage products for customer access. Operate power equipment including stackers, pallet jacks, tilt masters, compactors, and forklifts while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized backroom. Complete checklists and assist with general cleaning tasks. Requires excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills with basic math ability. Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule
- Sufficient physical ability to repetitively stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to independently twist, lift, carry, push or pull moderate (10 pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight
- Ability to use a team lift for objects weighing over 25 pounds
- Reach (approximately 54 inches)
- Ability to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch
- Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks
- Ability to verbally communicate to exchange information
- 18 years or older
- Trained/checked off on proper operation of pallet jack and compactor

- Experience operating power equipment
