Job Summary
Set up and operate machinery to manufacture slatwall and products, including lamination, panel saws, edge banders, and CNCs. Follow production orders and specifications while adjusting machine settings and troubleshooting minor issues. Create boxes and stage for orders, inspect products for defects to ensure quality standards, and clean the work area daily. May operate a forklift and complete daily inspections. Work Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5pm, with optional Fridays for overtime. Maintain a safety-oriented environment and collaborate effectively within the cross-functional team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, HSED or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years' production experience preferred
