Job Summary
Hang garments by color, sleeve length, and type; affix price tags and input prices into the pricing machine; count items for the sales floor and attach sensors to products requiring them; deliver priced merchandise to designated locations while monitoring safety and inventory levels. Maintain backroom cleanliness and organization, follow company policies for safe operations, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. You may switch tasks or departments based on operational needs. This role supports RWB Thrift's backroom operations within a fast-paced, noisy environment requiring physical endurance and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Skill in tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
- Capability of maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a bright environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility
- Fundamental understanding of written and spoken English for comprehending instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
Desired Qualifications
