Job Summary
Conduct diverse backroom operations including hanging garments by color and type, affixing price tags, tallying inventory, and attaching sensors to products. Deliver priced merchandise to the sales floor while monitoring conditions for safety and customer access. Maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom areas, adhering to company policies for safe execution. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support store operations. Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment requiring physical endurance and flexibility to switch tasks based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Skill in tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
- Capability of maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility
