Production Associate - Rib Mountain

Job Summary
Produce and process donated items to meet production goals, sort and categorize items (including hazardous items), determine price points, stage items for floor readiness, operate power equipment (stacker, pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper, forklift), maintain a clean and safe backroom, follow safety procedures for pallet jack/compactor use (age 18+ and trained), and assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned. Strong time management, communication, and attention to detail are essential; basic math proficiency and willingness to learn computer systems are needed; ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends is required.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills required
- Experience operating power equipment preferred
- Experience with computers or willingness and ability to learn
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends with regular attendance
