Job Summary
Execute diverse backroom operations including hanging garments by color and sleeve length, affixing price tags, tallying inventory, attaching sensors, and delivering priced merchandise to the sales floor. Maintain cleanliness and organization while monitoring floor conditions and assisting customers as needed. Perform these tasks in a fast-paced, noisy environment with flexibility to switch roles based on business requirements. Stand for extended periods and handle items up to 25 lbs. This role supports RWB Thrift's production goals within a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Skill in tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
- Capability of maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a bright environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility
- Ability to switch tasks or departments based on operational needs

Desired Qualifications
