Job Summary
Execute diverse backroom operations including hanging garments by color and type, affixing price tags, tallying inventory, attaching sensors, and delivering priced merchandise to the sales floor. Maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom areas while monitoring sales floor conditions for safety and capacity issues. Collaborate with team members to support store operations and adapt tasks based on business needs. This role requires physical endurance to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs frequently. Employees may interact with customers, donors, and coworkers, with a fundamental understanding of English required for instructions. Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Skill in tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
- Capability of maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a bright environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility
