Job Summary
Execute diverse backroom operations including hanging garments by color and type, affixing price tags, supporting pricing tasks, tallying inventory with sensors, and delivering merchandise to the sales floor. Maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom areas while adhering to company policies for safe and efficient production. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, switching tasks or departments based on operational needs. Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment requiring physical endurance and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Skill in tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
- Capability of maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a bright environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility
- Ability to switch tasks or departments based on operational needs
- Fundamental understanding of written and spoken English for comprehending instructions

Desired Qualifications
