Job Summary
Hang products by color and type, affix price tags, and enter pricing data into machines. Count merchandise for the sales floor, attach sensors to specific items, and deliver priced goods while monitoring floor organization and safety. Maintain backroom cleanliness, address customer and donor inquiries, and switch tasks or departments as operational needs dictate. Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with bright lighting, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Skill in tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
- Capability of maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility
