Job Summary
Hang garments by color order and sleeve length, affix price tags, and enter prices into the pricing machine. Count merchandise meticulously and attach sensors to items requiring them. Deliver priced merchandise to the sales floor while monitoring conditions and assisting customers as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom areas while collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Perform diverse tasks across hanger, tagger, pricer support, tallyer, and runner functions as assigned based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to constantly apply negligible force when handling objects
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction and working primarily with fingers rather than the whole hand or arm
- Skill in tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
- Capability of maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Capability of maintaining balance when performing agile tasks
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a bright environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility

Desired Qualifications
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or back of house experience
