Job Summary
Assist machine operators in operating production equipment (roaster, grinders, mixers, packaging) to support sunflower butter production. Monitor machinery, handle raw materials, ensure production targets, and inspect products for quality following GMP and HACCP; adhere to safety guidelines and PPE, perform housekeeping, and contribute to continuous improvement through teamwork. Shift is 3rd (11:00pm–7:30am) in Fargo, ND, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient production.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
