Job Summary
Production Associate to operate machinery and assemble rubber and plastic products, perform quality checks, maintain a clean and organized work area, follow work instructions, comply with OSHA regulations, and communicate with teammates and supervisors to ensure production targets are met. Requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and 1+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred); strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, ability to troubleshoot equipment, and good attendance. Required Qualifications
