Job Summary
Production Associate responsibilities include packaging material to customer specifications and safely removing material from the processing area. The role operates on a 6pm–6am shift (Mon–Thu or Fri–Sun schedules available). Requires a high school diploma or GED; forklift and crane experience preferred. Includes starting pay of $23.75/hour with scheduled increases, shift premium, monthly incentives, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), 401(k) with company contribution, paid vacation/holidays, uniforms with free cleaning, and boot reimbursement. Required Qualifications

- Ability to work Monday – Thursday, 6pm – 6am OR Friday - Sunday, 6am - 6pm
- Forklift and crane experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
