Job Summary
Weigh raw material components according to batch tickets, retrieve and mark materials, and move pallets to staging. Fill completed batches into various container sizes using manual and automated dumping processes, ensuring correct weights and proper labeling. Clean finished good containers returned from customers and manage their inventory effectively. Transport materials via forklift, organize inventory, and perform general housekeeping activities including sweeping and mopping. Participate in quality processes and attend team meetings as directed. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to SOPs and wearing required PPE.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to learn to operate a variety of industrial production related equipment
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must be current on all aspects of safety as detailed in the SOP's
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 55 lbs
- Must be capable of moving up to 320 lb drums with mechanical assistance
- Must wear approved safety equipment including safety glasses with side shields, steel-toed shoes, uniform, hard hat/bump cap, gloves, hearing protection and dust mask or respirator (when required)
- Must be capable of working without direct supervision
