Production Associate - Powder Coat

Apply powder coating to components and products according to company specifications and quality standards. Prepare items for coating by cleaning, masking, and ensuring surfaces are properly prepped. Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens, to apply coatings evenly and efficiently. Inspect coated items for defects and make necessary adjustments to achieve quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, maintain accurate records of activities, and assist in identifying process improvements. Adhere to all safety procedures while handling materials and operating machinery. Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to coordinate activities and meet production targets.
