Production Associate - Part Time - North

Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash using quality standards. Quickly determine if items are unit priced or tagged with good/better/best prices, and identify high-interest brands to maximize store value. Meet 1-touch production goals by moving HL donations from door to floor in 15 minutes or one SL rack per hour. Communicate with material handlers to bring product, empty garbage, and swap containers. Greet customers on the sales floor and donors in the donation center while maintaining a safe environment through 5S guidelines. Stand and walk for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs. This part-time role supports store profitability and community mission at Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin.
