Job Summary
Production Associate at our Maize, KS facility involved in producing LPG cylinders. Responsibilities include assembling, loading/unloading conveyors, monitoring product quality, following SOPs and safety requirements, maintaining production and quality records, keeping a clean 6S work area, and working individually or as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goals. Requires dependability, strong attendance, ability to learn new tasks, and willingness to work in a 12-hour rotating shift with alternating day/night schedules. High school diploma or GED preferred; related manufacturing experience helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to perform basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
