Job Summary
Produce or process items to meet production goals in a retail backroom/warehouse setting. Responsibilities include sorting and categorizing items, pricing and ticketing, staging items for floor presentation, operating power equipment (stacker, pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper, forklift), maintaining a clean and safe backroom, following safety and equipment operation guidelines, and performing other duties as assigned. Emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, safety, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work through multiple tasks under time constraints
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Experience operating power equipment preferred or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25 pounds, team lifts)
- Ability to use computers or willingness to learn
