Job Summary
Production Associate on the third shift (Mon-Fri 10:00 PM-6:00 AM) responsible for assembling and inspecting products through machine operation, starting up and shutting down machinery, adjusting tools and settings with jigs/fixtures, maintaining machine control settings, collecting production data, ensuring products meet quality standards, identifying and documenting issues, meeting productivity goals, performing 5S/TPM housekeeping, and reporting abnormalities to the Team Leader while complying with QMS and EMS policies and safety guidelines. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, willingness to work overtime, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (75 lbs with assistance). Preferred candidates have a High School Diploma/GED or vocational/technical certification and prior manufacturing experience; experience with electrical/mechanical machinery and inventory control is a plus.
