Production Associate Night Shift

Produce and assemble windows and sub-assemblies on a production line, including labeling/packages, packing finished goods, tracking production against schedules, and communicating issues to supervision. Maintain a clean, safe work area, read a tape measure, apply basic math, rotate through workstations as needed, and support on-time completion of customer orders. Requires dependable attendance, ability to work long hours when necessary, and adherence to total quality/environmental practices; training on first shift will occur for 3-4 weeks. Experience in manufacturing is preferred; High School Diploma preferred; must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable transportation. This role emphasizes teamwork, time management, and adherence to safety protocols in a noisy, high--output environment.
