Job Summary
As a machine operator at New Balance, you will transform raw materials into world-class footwear with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will perform various machine operations in a team environment, following established procedures, supporting a changing environment with cross-training and rotation to different jobs, and contributing to process improvements. You will ensure work quality before passing to customers and adhere to attendance, safety requirements, PPE, and reporting of accidents and near misses, while meeting departmental and business goals and maintaining high internal and external quality standards.
