Job Summary

Support Project Managers by preparing Project Turn-Folder Documents, creating Microsoft Teams channels, and coordinating purchase orders and building permits. Assist with project scheduling, trade schedule confirmation, and weekly client communications via Salesforce. Create on-site project information books, coordinate trade-contractor packages, and monitor job progress through site visits or client consultations. Conduct safety checks, facilitate permit inspections, and manage the company warranty program by responding to client concerns. Actively support marketing initiatives by creating and sharing project content to highlight company expertise and culture.

  • Education and/or experience related to Project Associate duties

  • This position will be expected to be a full participant on his/her team
  • Must have education and/or experience related to Project Associate duties
  • Adherence to company safety policies and general job site awareness is required at all times
  • Ability to perform work in both office and job site settings
  • Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and navigating uneven surfaces
  • Occasionally assist with light physical tasks, such as carrying or moving small materials or equipment, up to 25 pounds unassisted
  • Monday through Friday, 40-hour work week
  • 8:00am -5:00pm work hours
  • Regular and frequent travel to job sites, to retailers/vendors, and to the office
  • Provide their own vehicle to use for work-related purposes

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Construction Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in construction
  • Prior experience in architectural design
  • Prior experience in cost estimating
  • Prior experience in construction specification writing
  • Prior experience in procurement of building permits
