Job Summary
Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products, including drilling, measuring, and cutting. Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and maintain production flow. Partner with your supervisor to resolve mechanical or material challenges quickly. Crosstrain across multiple departments to add variety to your daily work. All shifts require mandatory overtime, with Monday through Thursday hours running from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 1:30 am. Hands-on training is provided for candidates without prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
