Job Summary
Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products by drilling, measuring, and cutting. Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving. Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly. Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to your workday. Select a schedule that works for your life, noting that all shifts require mandatory overtime. Monday through Thursday, work 5:00 am to 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 1:30 am. Pay starts at $18.50 per hour, rising to $21.50 for evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
