Job Summary
Conduct material handling tasks in the Slit Department while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Participate in training new employees, maintain departmental records and files, and report equipment or supply issues to the Supervisor. Perform housekeeping duties, ensure environmental compliance, and inspect materials for problems. Communicate effectively with internal and external individuals, write routine reports, and utilize ERP systems like SAP. Work the second shift in Sheboygan Falls/Kohler, WI, with a starting salary of $23.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels and types of internal and external individuals, including ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Good organization and planning skills as well as problem solving
- Ability to read an interpret documents such as safety rules, shipping documents and procedure manuals
- Ability to work well in a team environment and commit to team goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, SAP and Outlook
- Knowledge of ERP system software, preferably SAP
- Forklift Experience
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Background check required
