Job Summary
Production Associate – Mat Rollerworks on the Rental Division: evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely place into a rolling machine for processing, and maintain cleanliness of the work area. Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery, and meet or exceed production quantity and quality standards. Requires standing, repetitive motions, lifting/moving materials, and a fast-paced schedule; represents a safety-conscious, detail-focused team player committed to reliability and quality. Eligible to work in the US and age 18+, with attendance discipline and ability to work with others in a collaborative environment. The role may include job tryout elements and background/drug screening as part of the selection process.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly
- Requires standing for most of shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift
