Production Associate

Operate equipment, assemble components, and perform quality checks while building premium windows, doors, and skylights by following standardized work instructions. Conduct daily production tasks on the weekend shift in a clean, safety-focused environment with on-the-job training provided. Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to innovative, high-quality building products within our family-owned manufacturing team.
