Job Summary
Ensure products meet all production requirements and specifications while determining average product weight before final processing. Train team members, manage production data and scheduling, and maintain accurate reporting between shifts. Operate mobile and industrial equipment, verify material quantities, and escalate discrepancies as needed. Participate in quality assurance activities, inspect products and materials, and contribute to process improvements. Maintain a safe, clean work environment and complete necessary forms related to production and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 2 years previous manufacturing/production/warehouse experience
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Basic math (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to work well with others in order to accomplish team objectives
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day
- Must have high sense of urgency
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week
- Needs to lift totes of components. Weights vary from 5 pounds up to 25 and in some cases higher than 25 pounds
- Must be able to follow procedures for the clean room that may include attire and personal hygiene
