Job Summary
Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product while maintaining clean work areas and performing routine machine maintenance. Execute quality inspections, control non-conforming material, and adhere to Statistical Process Control and visual standards. Report any injury hazards or incidents immediately, correct hazards within your control, and comply with all Health, Safety & Environmental policies and regulations. Engage in required HSE training and participate actively in team efforts to improve quality, safety, and process flow. Achieve production goals at defined engineering standards while communicating effectively with peers and support staff.

- Ability to operate manual and automated equipment
- Ability to follow standard work, process documentation and quality procedures
- Ability to perform quality inspections
- Ability to identify and control non-conforming material

- Ability to perform routine housekeeping tasks
- Ability to perform machine cleaning tasks
- Ability to perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks
- Ability to work at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard
- Ability to communicate effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams
- Ability to complete training and personal development in line with business requirements
