Production Associate - Level I

Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products while maintaining clean work areas and performing routine maintenance. Follow all standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures to inspect items, identify non-conforming material, and minimize cost exposures. Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental standards by using personal protective equipment, reporting hazards, and engaging in required training. Achieve production goals by working at defined engineering standards and cycle times while collaborating with peers and support staff.
