Production Associate

Production Associate responsibilities include inspecting products for quality, packing finished goods to ensure order accuracy and meet customer expectations, examining product for ink smears and print quality, ensuring proper supplies for packaging, reading and following Manufacturing Orders to ensure specifications are met, packaging products for shipping, completing daily production reporting and paperwork, assisting with preventive maintenance or changeover duties, and adhering to safety policies. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, good organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to lift 40–45 pounds and work rotating shifts including weekends. Training is provided and benefits are available. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED.
