Job Summary
Production Associate to support day-to-day production needs, including studio organization, shoot preparation, and hands-on assistance during production days. Responsibilities include setup and breakdown of production shoots, events, and studio spaces; maintaining and organizing equipment, props, and inventory; on-site support interfacing with talent, crew, and clients; general studio tasks such as cleaning and upkeep; assisting in packing, shipping, and receiving production items; assisting in packaging creation for shoots; social media content support (nice to have); ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with the production team; and occasional travel/overtime for shoots and events. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs; strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; self-starter who can work independently; basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office); familiarity with Asana or other project management tools preferred; previous production or studio experience preferred but not required.
