Job Summary
Conduct daily machine upkeep and assist with production run setups while ensuring all products meet customer requirements. Notify supervision immediately of any defects noticed in products or machinery. Assist with periodic inventory sessions and perform basic data entry to record converting production output numbers. Follow workplace guidelines to support the company quality policy and maintain customer satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining a positive outlook on learning new functions.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16"
- Dependable attendance
- Flexibility to work other hours as needed
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at an adequate level
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good organizational skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Have a positive outlook on learning new functions
