Job Summary
Production Associate in a mailing/printing production environment responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting printing, inserting, sorting, packaging, and mailing operations; perform quality checks, load materials and components, prepare finished products for shipment, and follow SOPs and safety standards. Role involves collaborating with team to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines, cross-training across departments, and handling production documentation. No industry experience required for many assignments, with training offered; flexible schedule including 1st–3rd shifts, potential overtime, and shift differentials. Physical duties include lifting and moving materials in a warehouse/production setting, with emphasis on reliability, quality, and adherence to procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, logistics, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or distribution experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as business needs require
- Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn new equipment, processes, and production tasks
